Terms of service

PAYMENT PROCESS

Full payment is required at the time of ordering services. Once the order is confirmed and payment has been made, the service will commence. An email will be sent confirming the requested service(s), and will include details regarding what information the client will need to supply.

PROCESS

To gather all required and relevant information, you will be asked to provide your most recent resume, any new and updated information, and you will be required to complete a survey. This process is vital to ensure all information is collected for use in your documents and to gain the most out of your service. A strategy consultation will be conducted via email or phone call to ensure complete understanding between the client and Nurture Resume Design. Once all information is obtained, the requested documents will be written. On completion of the first drafts, they will be emailed to the client in a Word document and PDF format for the client to then review and provide feedback. Clients can request changes, and once the amendments have been made, the final documents will again be emailed to the client in a Word document and PDF format.

REQUESTED CHANGES

Requested changes are included within the service price. Unlimited changes are offered within 7 business days of the receipt of the first draft(s). Any changes requested after this period may incur an additional fee. It is integral that the client is collaborative and willing to provide feedback throughout the service to ensure optimal service outcomes are achieved. If the client is unavailable or unwilling to provide feedback or information when asked, Nurture Resume Design will not be liable if obligations are not appropriately met. Nurture Resume Design holds the right to cease service provision at any time if the client is not cooperative and/or does not provide required information. Information presented in unreasonable and illegible formatting will not be accepted. 

TIMEFRAMES

Two timeframe services are offered, 5-7 business days and 2 business days. Depending on the service the client purchases, that will determine when their service will be fulfilled. Delays due to the client are expected to be communicated to Nurture Resume Design, and may result in an extension of the timeframe. The timeframe is also dependent on the provision of required information from the client. If the client does not provide all relevant information in a timely manner, the service timeframe may be extended. If there are any delays in the process by Nurture Resume Design, that will be communicated to the client.

Nurture Resume Design will not be held responsible if the advertised position a client wishes to apply for closes before the service is complete. Nurture Resume Design will also not be held liable if an advertised position closes sooner than the listed closing date.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The client must acknowledge that employing the service of Nurture Resume Design means that fees paid are for the time invested to provide the ordered services, and therefore are non-refundable. If a client is dissatisfied with the service provided by Nurture Resume Design, they will need to provide specified reasoning and information regarding amendments that are required to the document(s). If dissatisfaction about the service is expressed in an ill-defined and vague manner, and no evidence, relevant information, or substantial reasoning is provided, the client will not qualify for a refund. It is ensured that Nurture Resume Design will collaborate with the client to make applicable changes to the document(s) for a satisfactory outcome.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nurture Resume Design has no control over employer decisions, or other competitors for roles, and therefore cannot ensure clients will obtain interviews or job positions. Because there are a variety of factors which contribute to the success in pursuing employment opportunities, Nurture Resume Design cannot guarantee successful employment outcomes. As a client utilising this service, you agree that Nurture Resume Design will not be held accountable for unsuccessful job application(s). It is also the client’s responsibility to ensure they are applying for positions that relate to their experience and qualifications, Nurture Resume Design has no liability when it comes to this.

Final proofreading of the supplied documents is the responsibility of the client. Nurture Resume Design will not undertake research or confirm the accuracy of information provided by clients, and therefore will not be held liable for information obtained from clients and used within documents that is incorrect or inaccurate.

Nurture Resume Design’s liability is limited to completion of work, and no liability is assumed once the agreed documents are proofread, revised, and received, finalising the service to the client. It is also to be understood by the client that the documents provided are to be used as a foundation, and it is expected that the client will need to make edits and amendments to accurately align with various role applications.

Nurture Resume Design has the right to supply services to multiple applicants that are applying for the same position. While Nurture Resume Design takes great care in providing bespoke and individualised documents, it must be understood by the client that similar key words, terms, and expressions may be used across a variety of client documents due to the requirements of applications.

It is the responsibility of all users of this service to be vigilant in the prevention of viruses, Nurture Resume Design will not be held liable in any form for any viruses acquired by clients while using this service.

Nurture Resume Design has every right to refuse service at any point of the service lifecycle to potential or current clients when unprofessional or offensive behaviour and language has been demonstrated.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

It must be acknowledged by the client that services produced by Nurture Resume Design will remain the intellectual property of Nurture Resume Design. The client has the right to use the documents created to pursue employment opportunities, but must not use the documents, template design, format, or content for any other purpose, or for any other person. Damages may be claimed against the client, or other appropriate legal remedies, if the utilisation of documents and content is used for any other person, therefore breaching Nurture Resume Design’s intellectual property rights.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Nurture Resume Design will ask you to provide a range of personal information, including full name, contact information including phone number, email address, and residential address, as well as employment and education information. All personal information shared by the client will not be made available outside of Nurture Resume Design, and any documents developed for the client will not be placed in the public domain without the client’s consent. Copies of documents created are saved on behalf of the client at the completion of the service, so if the client would like for their documents to be deleted, please notify Nurture Resume Design.
